About the course …

I feel a lot more confident now

Well structured course, relaxed atmosphere and delivery – I really enjoyed the day

The objectives were clear from onset and achieved by end of day

Very nervous to begin with, but relaxed more as the day went on

Very well structured and well put together course

Very well thought out and gave the opportunity to get to know the rest of the group

They were fun and encouraged me to participate fully

I felt the activities were great ice breakers

Nervous at first for the unknowing, however the day and activities flowed well

Initial nerves were successfully addressed, providing the opportunity to enjoy and learn more from the activity

I have a series of 4 presentations to do in the next month so will definitely employ the techniques explored today
