Found the environment constructive and safe.
I found all of it very useful and enjoyable … elevator pitch straight away was a great ice breaker and relaxed me for the rest of the session.

The realisation that there’s a lot more to presenting than meets the eye i.e. it’s not all about the content; body language, breathing all very important.

A great balance of theory and practice. For every piece of professional advice there was always an opportunity to demonstrate what we learned. There was a good balance of comfort and ‘discomfort’ (in a good way!).
I would recommend anyone pursue this training if they feel they need to improve their presentation skills.
