  • 2012: I led the six month leadership and management development programme for a well-known financial service organisation based at Canary Wharf. I delivered a portfolio of management, appraisals and public speaking skills training to aspiring, new and experienced managers, receiving suberb feedback from delegates and their managers alike.
  • 2012: I presented many Confident Public Speaking Skills courses for a variety of corporate clients all over the UK.
  • Previously: For the UK Border Agency:
    •  I created a UK-wide training team charged with training Keeping Children Safe issues to front-line officers combating the trafficking of children into the UK for forced labour, organ theft and prostitution.
    • I designed, delivered and evaluated a wide variety of UKBA training courses to immigration, customs, police, security and airline checkin staff in the UK and abroad.
    • I managed the Administration team at the Gatwick UKBA Learning and Development Centre for five years.
  • I presented a workshop on Actors’ Tips for Trainers for the CIPD Sussex Trainers’ Forum
  • I led a public speaking skills workshop for business and creative clients as part of the 2011 Critical Incident event
  • I trained a group of film makers, writers and performers in the skills needed for Reading Aloud to an Audience
  • I trained the actors of Chronicle Theatre in interview techniques, to prepare them to write and perform new testimony-based drama
  • I’ve established an independent business, Speaking Well In Public, offering training in Public Speaking Skills and Reading Aloud to an Audience
